This course is required by most health departments to be compliant with state and federal regulations for retail food operations to operate. One person must be on site at all times that is a Certified Food Manager. The certification is valid for 5 years nationally, but please check with your local and state health department for regulations that apply in your area.

Your goal is to become knowledgeable about the State and federal food code, and principles of food safety and sanitation. Once you pass the food manager certification exam, you will receive your certification as a Certified Food Manager, which is valid for 5 years nationally.
Foodhandler Training online – Basic food safety principles, suitable for all of your staff (1 hr)
Customized trainings (1-2 hr) - Allergy, Foodhandler or other customized topics for your food establishment.
