Learning about food safety doesn’t have to be boring! Eastern Food Safety course is taught with a practical approach injected with real life stories and a little bit of humor to provide a non-threatening, and – dare we say it – fun way to learn about food safety! We offer ServSafe Food Manager Certification and Recertification courses.

Once you register for a class, you’ll receive Eastern Food Safety’s Study Guide in advance, and additional course materials will be provided in class.

Study materials are available in Spanish, Chinese, Portuguese and Korean with advance notice.
Upon passing the exam, you will receive a ServSafe Food Manager Certificate, which is valid for 5 years nationally.
Some people choose to take only the exam. ServSafe Exams may be taken at the end of any of our scheduled classes, starting at 2:00pm. Study materials may be purchased separately.
For our Eastern Food Safety customers that have failed the exam, you may retake the ServSafe exam again within 1 year. To help you pass the exam the next time, you are welcome to attend the class again at no extra charge. This is a service we offer to our own previous customers only, that have failed the exam. You must enter your Exam session # or Eastern Food Safety Class date that you failed the exam when you register for a Retake, in order to attend the class again. Otherwise, the fee for a full-day class and exam is $175.
