HACCP Manager Course and Exam

This course is designed for food professionals who are responsible for the development and maintenance of a Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) plan, HACCP team members, and any other employees involved in a HACCP based approach to foodhandling.

A HACCP system is a risk prevention food safety program that applies science and technology to identify and control food safety risks in a food facility, and document those procedures. The goal is to prevent issues with food safety before they occur, maintain a safe food operation and protect the public health. This program is consistent with the FDA’s initiative to implement voluntary HACCP programs in retail food establishments, and FDA/USDA requirements for HACCP plans for food processors.
