You may come to one of our scheduled classes to take the print exam. This option does not include a class or coursebook. Please look at the list of classes and dates above to select the date and location that is convenient for you. All exams start at approximately 2 pm.

We have found this to be a helpful and often necessary step in helping those who are in need of certification, or in the process of opening a new establishment. RETAKING the exam

Any of our Eastern Food Safety students who does not pass the exam on the 1st try is allowed to retake the exam for the additional cost of the exam (Retest fee: $90), and sit in on any class for refresher of the material at no extra charge. CALL our office to arrange.
